Registrations must be made on-line by filling the appropriate form in each part and the payment must be made with a bank transfer or with a money order.

Registrations will be open from Friday 2nd January 2010 and will be closed on:
- saturday 16th January 2010 for ISMF athletes
- wednesday 20th January 2010 at 19.00 for FISI athletes or at the 250th registration.


Payment Methods

Payments for the entry fee must be made before 22/01/10 and can be done by:

1. BANK TRANSFER to Banca Friuladria - Agenzia di Clauton the account of Associazione Claut Cultura e Tempo Liberto, specifying "Quota iscrizione Transclautana 2010" and the names of the athletes (IBAN code IT 86 A 05336 64830 000035240248 - SWIFT code BPPNIT2P458 - BIC code 8PPNIT2P6589);

2. MONEY ORDER to C.O. TRANSCLAUTANA - Associazione Claut Cultura e Tempo Libero (Via A. Giordani, 17 - 33080 Claut PN – C.F. e P.I. 01507110938), specifying "Quota iscrizione Transclautana 2010";

3. paying with CASH on the race day at the Race Office by paying an additional € 10,00 (ten) fee. Only in exceptional cases and only for athletes who have made their registrations before 20.01.2010 it is possibile to pay entry fees at the numbers assignment.

Gadget Haglofs



Race registration fee includes a gadget and a meal card.
Gadgets and meal cards will be distributed at the Race Office situated in the Municipal Gym in Viale Don Pietro Bortolotto in Claut when electronic chips are returned.





Participation Rules

- Timing and results will be provided by Timing Data Service S.r.l. (TDS); timing will be calculated with the aid of electronic chips that each athlete will find in the race package. Athletes must return chips to C.O.L. when gadgets and meal cards are distributed at the Race Office where there will also be a shower service available for the athletes;
- Failed returning of the chip results in a € 30,0 fine;
- The organization is not responsible for any damage or injury that may occur to the athletes or to others that is caused by the athletes before, during or after the event;
- ISMF/FISI cards must be shown when race numbers are assigned as well as an athletic medical certificate, and a receipt of the payment with bank transfer or money order;
- It is mandatory to show the athletic medical certificate. The C.O.L. will not accept self-certifications. Only declarations by the Chairmen of the Ski Clubs will be accepted.

Registration fees

Registration fees for athletes who do not book the ACCOMMODATION PACKAGE are the following:

- SENIOR CATEGORIES REGISTRATION: € 40,00 (FORTY)
(he fee includes: racing package, technical baselayer gadget of € 70,00 value, shower service, buffet on Friday, lunch and dinner on Saturday, race registration, stocking and custody of bags with personal clothes)
- CADETS-JUNIORES CATEGORIES REGISTRATION: € 20,00 (TWENTY)

Accomodation Package

In order to facilitate booking and payments at hotels and residences, the organizing committee will handle all bookings at the following conditions:

Arrival on friday 22.01.10

Accommodation in Hotel or Residence for two nights including breakfast
Buffet on Friday 22.01, lunch and dinner on Saturday 23.01
Registration for the race + technical baselayer gadget of € 70,00 (seventy) value + shower service + stocking and custody of bags with personal clothes

€ € 125,00 per person (in double or triple rooms)

Discounts for teams
  • we offer one free package if there are 5 registered athletes belonging to the same team in a single registration of the ACCOMMODATION PACKAGE
  • we offer two free packages for 6 to 9 registered athletes belonging to the same team in a single registration of the ACCOMMODATION PACKAGE
  • we offer three free packages for 10 to 15 registered athletes belonging to the same team in a single registration of the ACCOMMODATION PACKAGE
  • we offer five free packages for more than 16 registered athletes belonging to the same team in a single registration of the ACCOMMODATION PACKAGE


Transfer Service

- The committee provides a transfer service for athletes and officials who request for it from and to the Venice or Treviso airports and from hotels to the race area.
- This service must be reserved on-line before SATURDAY 16.01.2010 by filling the appropriate TRANSFER FORM (click here)
- The additional cost for this service is € 60,00 (sixty) per person – Airport Round trip + local shuttle service.
